Integrated into a project lifecycle, Organizational Change Management (OCM) follows a structured Process Framework to support the people side of business change and adoption. From the initial change impact assessment, my goal is to gather insights and align with the business to identify success criteria and develop an effective change strategy with a comprehensive training, adoption, and deployment plan. Proven methodologies and communications are used to reiterate product benefits and help stakeholders adopt change for a successful transition from a current “as is” state to a desired "future" state.  Included are a few examples of my project change documentation.

Branding is a very important ingredient in the success of any business. It tells customers about the products and services and distinguishes the business from competitors. From a simple brochure or an entire multi-channel marketing campaign, my goal is always to deliver a marketing message that is clear, concise, establishes an emotional response to the brand, and gets results. As a multi-channel marketer, I live, breathe and work across a variety of marketing channels  to develop a seamless consumer experiences and engage clients through comprehensive communication elements. Digital media is pervasive and consumers have 24/7 access to an ever-growing source of information, entertainment, news, shopping and social interaction. Since consumers acccess information from multiple sources, it is important for marketers like myself to develop digital assets that communicate and connect in a personalized way while linking to business objectives and integrating digital campaigns with traditional media.

Communication is key to business and project success.  Messaging is core to aligning the story, and a solid data and analytics approach is key to helping pull it all together to best manage the business. My goal is to build campaigns that resonate with consumers and identify consumer insights across multiple campaigns and channels, translate them into actionable intelligence, and help find economic value.
