Led this agile project’s Change Management (OCM) as part of the company’s “plant of the future” build. Developed and implemented a phased OCM framework, utilized baseline assessments, multi-channel communications, and activities. Initiated change impact analysis, assessed Stakeholder alignment via interviews/insights, surveyed user groups for awareness/adoption against key business drivers, accountability and ownership, addressed gaps, and determined readiness for a successful go-live plan. Delivered the new award-winning website on-time and on-budget with responsive functionality and a modern multi-platform design. Functioned as CMS Admin post launch.
